The ship is equipped with psionic generators and a psi-wave relay, which form a directed psi-field aimed at the information systems of major cities and bases for conducting espionage. The ship's project documentation states that its armament is intended solely for defense, but in reality, it possesses significant offensive potential. Neo-Mind engineers enhanced the cruiser's functionality after the collapse of the USSR: the psi-field can now not only read but also precisely inject disinformation into enemy communications and even their subconscious. The ship was discovered and captured by the Rise faction during Operation "Depth".
