Overview
The heavy relay cruiser is the latest development from Forge-11 in the creation of experimental non-lethal weaponry. According to the project, the ship's armament is purely defensive in nature; in reality, however, the cruiser possesses all the capabilities for successfully conducting offensive operations. The "Latanu" is equipped with a powerful psi-generator that creates a wide-radius field to induce irrational fear in enemies and spread panic, leading to a loss of combat capability and subsequent flight. The project was refined by Neo-Mind after the collapse of the USSR: the wave frequency was altered for selective impact on specific elements of enemy psyches, amplifying the effect to a state of animal terror. During Operation Leviathan, the ship was captured by Covenant.
