Overview
Yoizuki, an Akizuki-class destroyer, was built at Uraga Docks. Participated in the Pacific War. In June 1945, it was damaged by a mine and spent the remainder of the war under repair. After the war, it was used to repatriate Japanese soldiers. In August 1947, it was transferred to China as reparations. In the Chinese fleet, it was named Fenyang, and in 1949 it passed to the Taiwanese fleet.
