A hypothetical project that is a variant of the development of Italian ships based on the Vittorio Veneto class and a battleship project for the U.S.S.R. with a displacement of 42,000Ā tons. The increase in firepower could have been achieved by increasing the number of guns and turrets: quadruple-gun turrets with 381 mm guns were in development in the late 1910s and early 1920s.
