A total of 15Ā ships were built, with lead ship T-22 entering service in FebruaryĀ 1942. InĀ 1942 andĀ 1943, the ship participated in patrol operations in the Bay ofĀ Biscay and the Battle ofĀ Sept-Ćles, where she sank HMSĀ Limbourne. In JuneĀ 1944, she was transferred to the Baltic. Later, in August, the ship struck mines in Narva Bay and sank.
