Torpedo parameters changed
- Like we already discussed in our previous publication, all submarine torpedoes will deal reduced damage within the first few kilometers traveled. For the first 2.9km, they will only deal 10% damage, while from 2.9km to 3km, their damage will scale up to 100% linearly, avoiding scenarios where a single-meter difference could result in drastically different damage.

- Dive Capacity recharge rate increased: 0.8 to 1.5 units/s
- Nerfmaximum dive and ascent speed3.1 → 2.4 m/s

Overview
The last group of L-class minelaying submarines (XIII-38 series). The boats' torpedo armament consisted of eight tubes—six in the bow, two in the stern. Five of the six submarines were commissioned, two of which were lost during World War II. The lead boat of the series was sunk during nuclear weapons tests in 1957.
