Laudon
An Austro-Hungarian battleship project of the so-called Ersatz Monarch class. The design was developed before World War I under the pretext of replacing the weak and outdated coastal defense ships of the Monarch class. The new battleships were planned as enlarged versions of the Tegetthoff class, armed with more powerful 350 mm main guns. With the outbreak of World War I, the project was postponed, and in 1917 it was ultimately canceled.
