About the current stats data

1. 1.Wargaming's Player statistics by date API is currently unreachable, so historical battles can't be backfilled — data can only accumulate going forward. Recent-performance summaries start from the day you first look a player up.
2. 2.PR rating (beta) is under testing. Every ship's baseline values and the full formula are published for reference, and we are collecting better approaches as well as feedback on the current method.
